This website (readyiq.co.uk) is operated by ReadyIQ. These terms cover your use of this website, including the ReadyIQ dashboard if you've created an account or if we've given you access directly. You can create an account yourself via our sign-up page; new accounts are verified by email and go through a manual safeguarding check before full access is granted. Online payment isn't live yet — billing is currently arranged with you directly.
You're welcome to browse this website and use the contact form to get in touch. Please don't use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it — including any other client's account or data.
Whether you signed up yourself or we set up your account for you, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything done through your account. Please don't share your login with anyone outside your organisation. Your dashboard only ever shows data relating to your own home(s) — if you ever see something that looks like it belongs to another provider, let us know straight away. We may suspend or close an account that's being misused, shared outside its intended organisation, or that doesn't pass our safeguarding check.
